7 Brew Coffee

My date suggested this place to pick up coffee and lemonade for movie watching. Great service and obviously popular pick up only location. I thought coffee and cake were okay. She loved the lemonade.

I’ve been a loyal customer since this location first opened, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have declined. As I’m writing this review, I’ve already been sitting in line for 32 minutes and I’m still waiting. The wait times have become unreasonable, and the drinks are no longer made consistently or correctly. The customer service isn’t what it used to be either. You can check my account history—I have been supporting this location from the very beginning. That’s why it’s so frustrating to see the decline instead of improvement. The one bright spot is Angel. She’s been here since the beginning, and she’s always friendly, professional, and consistently provides excellent service. She deserves recognition because she’s carrying a lot of the positive customer experience on her own. I was also disappointed to hear that Trin is leaving. Because of the ongoing issues at this location, I’ll be driving to the Hypoluxo location more often instead. Management really needs to invest in training and staffing. Loyal customers notice when standards slip, and unfortunately, this location is no longer delivering the experience that made so many of us regulars in the first place.

Cam gave me such a great experience at 7 Brew! Her customer service was amazing from start to finish. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted instead of making me feel rushed, and she had such great conversation while I was there. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — thank you Cam !!!

My friends and I love 7brew and we're applauding the employee rotation of the past few days. In the past we've encountered some pretty rude workers but this location redeemed itself the other night when we got the friendliest and most accommodating employee!! We didn't catch her name but she had two braids. Today we got a super sweet worker too. Thanks for incorporating this good training because I swear even our drinks taste better

Me and my 3 year old daughter come here everyday literally and the customer service is unmatched. Most of the baristas make my order good, but Cam usually makes my drinks when she is there and is so sweet. One day my order wasn’t so good which is rare and Cam got me together honey!! Love her personality and customer service also! I thought she was a manager the way she handled the situation because an actual manager tried to and failed 😞 Cam should be a manager or something. The girl knows her stuff 👏🏾 she’s apart of the reason I come everyday. Thanks Cam ❤️ we appreciate your hard work and good coffee ☕️
